Beware of this workshop. They made me sign a paper waiving the budget stating that it was a formality but that they... would call me to ask for confirmation before doing anything. The worst workshop in Hortaleza that you can take the car, no longer for the work that was nonexistent breaking pieces... and hiding it. They charged me 460E according to them for a job that was not done as a lie nor did they change the broken parts nor did such work be done. photos of the old and unsubstituted pieces charged, being false because I had to take it to another workshop when the same fault persisted. I advise to look at the works they claim to do. In my case they broke the sine bloc stabilizer bar, clamp that grabs the wing cradle of the engine splitting a screw, when the fault was in the bushes of the trapezoids that also did not change and charged me as a new trapeze that they did not put. Very friendly and responsible staff. Always willing to collaborate. Very attentive with the client. Family atmosphere... Although the workshop is small they have a wide variety of spare parts. Malísima experiencia. Lo primero de todo asustándote de cómo podía acabar tú coche si lo llevas a otros talleres como... Midas o Aurgi y cuándo decides que no quieres cambiar el aceite con ellos te ofrecen el mismo aceite que ponen los otros y al mismo precio... El trato pésimo por parte de la trabajadora y con sonrisa cómplice con el mecánico cuando fui a recoger el coche que de cara a mi como cliente no quedan muy bien...leer más
