Pedro the owner is irresponsible, he left me without fixing the car and went on vacation leaving the brown to the... employee. I had to pay for a tow truck to take the car to another workshop.Where do you think I'm from Levante? I'm from the City of Angels and I was a customer of yours until you played it on me. It has not been now, it was in 2018 when you dumped me and passed the brown to your employee who did not know where the poor thing to go. A ZERO, price well above any multi-brand Norauto type workshop ... (+ 30% demonstrable) Lack of professionalism. A... simple review and they left me the levels well above the maximums and the diesel filter without purging. There is no previous budget, invoices or VAT (whatever the person in charge says).I picked up the car paying cash not only without an invoice, not even a handwritten note of what had been done to it. The person in charge is never there.I do not doubt the general evaluations, but they surprise me, I must have had bad luck. I for my part do NOT recommend it to anyone.I edit to answer.First of all I wanted to say that I do not want conflicts or harm anyone, this tool is to comment on our experience, whether it is good or bad in our opinion, and I was not happy.I left my car to change only and exclusively the oil, oil filter and fuel filter. Recomedable 100x100.Empece de 0 en este taller hasta que llegó a ser de confianza. Pedro, el dueño del mismo, un tío... profesional, cercano y súper majo. Te explica y arregla todo como si fuese suyo, que es lo importante.Cuesta encontrar talleres de confianza, este lo es, su equipo junto con él, no hace chapuzas, como ocurre en todos lados. Realizan su trabajo de forma eficaz. Quieren que vuelvas, no que haya problemas.Su profesionalidad se basa en lo bien que hacen las cosas, les gusta, es su profesión.Pocos talleres hay así. He hecho revisiones, cambiado embrague, reparado fugas, de todo, y ningún problema, al contrario, solo agradecimiento por que el coche vaya tan bien y no te de problemas como ocurre en cada taller después de pagar un pastón.Un dinero siempre bien invertido y agradecida por todo!Seguid así! MUY poco profesionales. Te dan precio y luego resulta que es sin iva (soy un particular, no una empresa y no me... interesan precios sin iva), me llevo el coche (pagando todo eso sí) y resulta que me dejan una pieza rota y cuando fui a reclamar. me lo "repararon" (resulta que pusieron cinta aislante y ya) y al irme y volver a mirarlo seguia roto, la excusa que me dieron después "es que el coche es viejo", volví. Si tenéis algo de apego a vuestro coche no lo llevéis a este taller.Edito para contestar: Efectivamente todo tiene que llevar IVA, pero cuando se pide un presupuesto deberíais darlo con dicho IVA y no dar la sorpresa a la hora de pagar. Igualmente ya llevé el coche a que arreglaseis lo que se rompió y me pusisteis un cacho de cinta aislante para que "enganchara un poco mejor" y cuando volví para que lo arreglaseis bien me dijisteis que es que el coche era muy viejo y que me buscase yo las piezas por mi cuenta para arreglarlo, disculpad, pero este tipo de contestaciones las veo muy poco profesionales y no me dan pie a volver a llevar el coche ya que siendo desconfiado no me fio de lo que pudierais hacerle.leer más
