Lleve mi coche para aserle la revisión de 90.000km que era cambio de filtro de habitáculo cambio de aceite y de filtro... tamb me cobraron un precio muy exagerado no creo q vuelva a este taller son más caros que la propia Marca Renaultleer más

Servicio post venta muy malo. Hemos tenido un problema por un fallo de fabricación y después de un mes no sabemos que... va a pasar. El coche no deberíamos moverlo y ni se plantean dejarnos un coche de sustitución. Nos cobran 50 euros por apretar un tornillo (otra incidencia diferente) y nos dicen que primero nos la cobran y como no estamos de acuerdo, después la reclaman al servicio de atención al cliente para que nos la devuelvan... Una cosa de locos... Como todos los concesionarios oficiales de Renault sean igual tienen que tener el servicio de atención al cliente colapsado, una pena.leer más
